Q. Can resumes be done in 1 hr instead of 2?
A. We not only focus on resume but the story behind each line. Many a times you have done things in past/current jobs that you forget to surface in resume. We need time to bring it all out. We can make an awesome resume with plenty of keywords, but the goal is to pass all rounds, not just the Recruiter(s). So 2 hrs are needed.

Q. What if I need more time to go over stories?
A. These sessions are not catered to improve your story telling. They are to ensure that your resume surfaces what you have done in way that it is picked by recruiters and hiring managers.
