In the last 25+ years, I have been very fortunate to learn several program management techniques and people skills by working at several tech companies. During these years, I have constantly learned, mentored & guided thousands of engineers on how to build a project mindset. At several of the places I worked, I have successfully set up PMOs at an org or group level. I have been practicing the art and science of Program Management and would like to pass my learning to a wider community

Interview Preperation Services
We provide resume building and interview preparation services. Please email thetpgm@gmail.com to learn more and set up a session. Each session is 90 min long and the fee is $120 per session. Sessions are conducted over Google Meet and payment is via PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.
Phase 1 (Resume Prep 1 session, 90 min)
Input: Your editable resume in gdoc.
-- Go over resume and get a deeper understanding of experience
Resume re-formatted for Success, Keyword Optimized
Work on the story behind each section and ensure that it's all coming together.
Output: Your revised resume in gdoc.
Phase 2 - Preparation (1 session, 90 min)
Input: Interview questions based on resume and tips on how to prepare them. Key skills employers are looking in a (T)PgM/PM
-- General - Is this person a good fit for the job?
-- Role Related Knowledge -- Does this person know program management?
-- Problem Solving -- Can this person think outside the box?
-- Leadership -- Can this person lead without authority?
-- People Management – Is this person a reliable people manager?
Output: Recommend to submit written answers to the questions before we jump back to the next phase. Remember, Its all a game of Practice
Phase 3 (5 Sessions, 90 min each)
Input: Mock Interviews
-- First 3 mock interviews with a TPM (60 min for interview + 30 min to over feedback)
-- 4th mock interview from an industry expert. (PM or Eng) (45 min for interview, 15 min to write the feedback, 30 min to go over feedback). I will shadow interview this session.
-- 5th & final mock interview with a TPM (60 min for interview + 30 min to over feedback)
Output:
30 Point deep feedback that you will never receive in an actual interview.
